You’ve signed up for the fastest most reliable wireless Internet service in Metro Detroit. Now What?
Step 1 - Contract Signed
- You receive email confirming order
- We process your order
- Your receive an estimated “complete by” date
- Average install time is 7-14 days
Step 2 - Schedule Site Visit
- Our wireless installation team will call
- We will contact your landlord if necessary
- Site survey typically prior to install
- If necessary we will meet with landlord to review install
Step 3 - Antenna Installed
- We will put a small antenna on roof
- We run ethernet to your dmarc location
- If router is ordered, we will install it as well
- We test and certify the wireless connection
Step 4 - Link Up!
- We view your IP Addresses as requested
- Your new link is ready to go
Installation Overview
- We install a small antenna on our roof or window and aim it at one of our points of presence
- We run cable from the antenna to your server room/demarcation point
- We provide you with a managed ethernet handoff
- Your receive access to multiple Tier 1 fiber providers, static IP addresses and scalable bandwidth
