What is fiber optics Internet?

Fiber-optic internet, commonly called fiber internet or simply “fiber,” is increasingly used to connect commercial businesses. The technology uses fiber-optic cable, which can send data as fast as about 70% the speed of light. Further, unlike coaxial broadband, it also resists electrical interference effectively, making for a great connection.

While fiber is available in 100Gbps capacities, it's also commonly available as low as 50Mbps, and depending on your proximity to the network and any related construction, can be deployed in weeks.

What makes our fiber optic internet great?

Our fiber offering is available nationally, as we directly connect with last mile partners to trunk connectivity back at our data centers. Clients also benefit from our carrier redundancy in the data center. So rather than relying on the reliability of the last mile carrier, we route your traffic intelligently to minimize downtime from any particular carrier experiencing issues.

Further, since we have wholesale relationships and pricing with the last mile carriers, we pass those savings onto you!
